The property overlooks the southern end of the island, giving an unobscured view of the surrounding neighborhood, the ocean and the northern Grenadine islands.

There are two-(2) two-bedroom apartments, on the first and second floor and a one-bedroom studio on the ground floor, suitable for Medical Students and other long/short term residential persons/families.

The building is enclosed by wall fencing, with two gates: a sliding on the top side and a large swing gate on the lower side.

The property is equipped with Hot water in all taps.

ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT

The one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room, dining and kitchen flow into each other. There is a patio on the eastern side of the apartment access through the living room, which allows for a secluded relaxation time out. The tiling throughout the apartment gives a wood finish appearance. The kitchen is spacious and has adequate cupboard/storage space.

The bedroom is large with a sizable double closet, full size bed and bureau.

The bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with full standard size fixtures and fittings, including a tub with showerhead and an overhead linen closet.

KINGSTOWN PARK RESIDENTS

Kingstown Park residence is a classy dwelling spacious building, seated in the middle of a well-kept and manicured lawn.

The property is just on the outskirts of capital Kingstown. It is easily accessible and fenced with an automatic sliding gate.
